As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are in search of a User Acquisition Specialist to join one of our client projects — a global EdTech product where children learn languages. The mission of this role is to build and scale the B2C growth engine and drive revenue growth through acquisition, conversion, and organic channels.

The working schedule is full-time (8 hours/day), with at least 6 hours of overlap with CET business hours.

Important! It’s a ontract-based cooperation with the opportunity to transition to long-term collaboration after 6 months based on performance.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to increase user acquisition and convert trial users into paying customers;
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta;
• Focus on scaling acquisition channels (SEO, paid ads, referrals) as the main growth driver;

What you will do (freelance recruiter scope)

• Source candidates (LinkedIn, communities, job boards, referrals, your network)
• Run first outreach + initial screening
• Collect required answers in writing or via a quick call (we provide questions/template)
• If the candidate matches requirements — hand off to our team (CV + answers + short recruiter summary)
• We validate and submit to the client
• You stay in touch with the candidate and with us to move them through interview stages until offer/start

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT/Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn + Boolean)
• Solid English (messaging + short screening calls)
• Comfortable working with complex profiles and international pipelines
• Reliable communication, fast follow-ups, clean reporting

Nice to have: Space/Defense/Embedded/SAR-related hiring experience; EU/Canada hiring exposure

Bonus & payment terms

• €1,000 – €2,000 – €3,000 per successful hire
• Payment split:
